Room Descriptions

  • TYPE A - Classic: Room with two full-size beds, 32" flat-screen television, refrigerator, air conditioning, and bath.
  • TYPE S - Superior: Popular 2nd Floor Deck Area with two full-size beds, 32" flat-screen television, refrigerator, air conditioning, and bath. Our LARGEST room.
  • TYPE E - Efficiency: Same as Type A room PLUS a kitchenette that includes a two-burner cook-top, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
  • TYPE Q - Classic Queen: Room with one queen-size bed, 32" flat-television, refrigerator, air conditioning, and bath.

Family and Pet Friendly Your home away from home

  • Rates are based on double occupancy for a 3-night minimum stay and apply to advance reservations made prior to March 1st. Rates are in US Dollars
  • Rates do not apply to proms, special event, holiday weekends or pet reservations
  • Limited Availability, Prices subject to change without notice
  • Adjoining rooms are available
  • No charge for 1 child under 16 years old
  • Additional charge for persons ages 16 and up
  • Maximum occupancy per room is four
  • A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The minimum deposit is one night's rate or $200.00 plus tax and fees, whichever is greater.
  • Balance due within 14 days of arrival or check-in, Paid by Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express
  • Additional restrictions and conditions may apply
  • Pets are allowed upon request, certain restrictions, fees and conditions apply
  • Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to guest check in date. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival guest will be charged for 1st night + taxes .
  • Confirmed reservations held until 5:00 pm unless guest notifies management. Management reserves the right to cancel thereafter
